Peace and quiet


Each apartment has its own identity, from floor to ceiling, which corresponds to the spirit of the house. Each apartment, on three floors, has its own main entrance in the historical stair well.

All the apartments are for no more than 2 people and consist of a living area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with WC. In addition, each apartment has a private loggia/terrace, which is very pleasant for an aperitif or breakfast in the sun.

The apartments have two 80cmx200cm beds, a WiFi connection and a number of electric sockets for charging your electronic devices.

On your arrival, you will find all basic commodities: tea towel, water, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, dishwashing and cleaning products, bin bags, hand soap, matches, Senseo Crema coffee machine (or Nespresso machine upon request), kettle, toilet paper, kitchen paper, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. After your long trip, you can rest and relax with a good cup of coffee or tea!

Availability

  • mid-September to mid-June: arrival every day with a minimum stay of 3 nights
  • mid-June to mid-September: arrival on Saturday with a minimum stay of 1 week

Roughly 75 m², comprises a veranda and a private staircase down to the garden, a 26 m² living-room, a 19 m² kitchen and a 17m² bedroom.

This apartment radiates the soul of bygone days, with its built-in wardrobes, superb wooden doors and fireplace, all original features of the house. A special detail, in the bedroom part of an ancient fresco has been preserved.

The lounge, veranda and bedroom are all south facing and offer an unimpeded view over the Roman Bridge.

Possibility stay for max. 4 adults: Apartment 'Âme d’Antan’ + guest room ‘Le Bonheur’ - according to availability, special rates.

Loft Apartment


Roughly 55 m², comprises a loggia with fully opening windows, a 25 m² lounge/kitchen and a 22 m² bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

This apartment is in the industrial style combining wood, leather and metal. Natural light streams through its windows thus warming the room’s atmosphere.

The directly south-facing loggia offers a view over to the Roman Bridge and the mountainous region. From the side window you can see Nyons, the setting sun giving it delightful warm colours.

Apartment Art Deco

Approximately 55 m², entering the apartment, the Art Deco style is immediately visible. The hall with large mirror, the bathroom, tiled in metro style, and the kitchen / living room are decorated with many details from the 1930s to the 1950s.

The living room and the bedroom have views of the river, the mountains and the Roman bridge , historic monument. The colors blue, gold and wood are characteristic of the bedroom. The roof terrace is private and is located on the 3rd floor.

This room full of charm gives the feeling of the old days.
Especially because of the centuries old wooden fireplace with a huge mirror above it.
Many original details can be found in this room. You will feel surrounded by the authentic and atmospheric appearance of this mansion.

Dans les hauteurs de Nyons avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée du Rhône !

Entièrement aménagé pour votre confort, il se situe dans un environnement calme et résidentiel.
Une villa lumineuse de 90m² de plain-pied, qui s’agrémente d’un grand séjour avec cuisine américaine bien équipée, de deux chambres, d’un bureau, d’une salle d’eau avec toilette séparée. Un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge sont à la disponibilité.
L’intérieur est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, d'un style contemporain.
Grande terrasse plein sud à la vue dégagée avec store électrique pour un confort optimal durant l'été.

Le terrain clos de 677 m2 est joliment arboré aux multiples oliviers et de différents coins de repos. A côté de la villa est un parking privé disponible.

Proche de toutes commodités, environ 10 minutes en pied pour profiter pleinement du centre ville avec tous ces commerces, restaurants et l’atmosphère d’une ville historique.

Dès votre arrivée et pour soulager la fatigue du voyage, vous pourrez vous préparer une délicieuse tasse de café ou de thé dans la cuisine.
